PRODUCT CHANGES
Online purchases are no different from purchases in a physical store. Therefore, according to applicable law, for any reason you can return the product you purchased from our store and exchange it for another product.
Product exchanges will be accepted as long as you have completed the Exchange form below. The products and their packaging must be in excellent condition and have not been used .
Exchanges are accepted within 10 calendar days of receiving the product. If the product meets all of the above criteria, you can send it back to us for a replacement. If the product does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your own expense.

- When we receive the product, we check if all the above criteria are met and send you the new product.
The total cost of return and shipping with cash on delivery borne by the customer is €5.00 and you pay it upon receipt .
